Course information

Alison Peacock will lead this day focussing on the multiple skills needed to build and sustain outstanding early years and primary education.  She will discuss the three core principles that underpin successful school leadership:

  • Trust;
  • Co-agency;
  • Inclusion.

These principles will be explored through the lens of curriculum design, pedagogy and assessment.

There will be an opportunity to tour the school and to hear from children, alongside sessions aimed at supporting individual leaders to consider the impact that their leadership can have on transforming their school.

This day course is suitable for anyone currently in a senior leadership role or aspiring to achieve this.
